HORIBA completed the acquisition of MedTest from Enhanced Healthcare Partners.

HORIBA, a provider of an extensive and complete line of hematology and clinical chemistry analyzers, completed the acquisition of MedTest, a clinical diagnostics product company, from Enhanced Healthcare Partners, a private equity investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition provides HORIBA Medical the opportunity to address the IVD market's multidisciplinary requirements along with the complementary innovative technology of Pointe Scientific and MedTest’s high quality Chemistry solutions. HORIBA Medical will continue offering innovative technology solutions through its Yumizen2 brand and current distribution channels,” Jai Hakhu, HORIBA Chairman and CEO.
