BNP Paribas Developpement, an investment company, and Azulis Capital, a provider of equity funding to small and medium-sized enterprises, completed the acquisition of Orsys, a French company in the professional training sector for digital technologies, management, personal development and business professions, from CAPZA, an established European private investment platform focused on small & mid cap companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction further reinforces Canaccord Genuity’s credentials in the professional training sector as well as its relationships with private equity funds.
