Pallets Vilafamés, a company manufacturing wooden boxes, pallets and timbers, agreed to acquire Augusto Alfieri, a manufacturer of wooden packaging, drawers, corner pieces, dividers, lids, displays and high quality wooden pallets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
