IK Investment Partners to acquire Skill & You from Andera Partners.

IK Investment Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Skill & You, a vocational e-learning provider, from Andera Partners, an asset management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Skill & You has experienced impressive growth over the recent years due to the quality and the breadth of its offering and has built a clear leadership position in France and Spain.
