Thierry Le Guénic, Stéphane Collaert and Société d’Investissement Grimonprez, a provider of logistics expertise in fashion, retail and digital, completed the acquisition of San Marina from Vivarte. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this transaction, San Marina joins the industrial project implemented by the three fashion and retail distribution specialists, and will now be able to pursue its strategic repositioning and sustainable growth.
