Bridgepoint-backed Element, a provider of testing, inspection and certification services, completed the acquisition of Envirodat, a provider of environmental testing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The testing services offered by EnviroDat are complementary to Element’s existing stack emissions testing, inspection and consultancy services and provide considerable opportunities for growth and expansion.
