Bowmark Capital-backed Totalmobile, a developer of field service and mobile workforce management software, completed the acquisition of GeoPal, a provider of mobile workforce management services for enterprises. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Today’s announcement comes shortly after Totalmobile secured significant investment from Bowmark Capital in October 2020.
