Veolia Industries completed the acquisition of SUDAC Air Service from Air Liquide.

Veolia Industries, a provider of optimized resource management services, completed the acquisition of SUDAC Air Service, which design, installation, sale and maintenance of compressed air assets, from Air Liquide, a French multinational company which supplies industrial gases and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Through this acquisition Veolia will support its industrial clients’ ecological transformation more efficiently, by strengthening its expertise in the field of industrial utilities. Sudac’s expertise will expand Veolia Industries’ offer, in particular in the fields of engineering, energy efficiency and digitalisation," Vincent Martin, SUDAC President.
