Cornell Capital and Trilantic North Americaa, two private investment firms, completed the acquisition of trustaff, a provider of travel nurse and allied healthcare staffing services, CardioSolution, a managed services offering providing cardiologists and support personnel to hospitals, and Stella, a VC-backed, AI-driven online marketplace for employers and job seekers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
