Risk Capital Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Curious Drinks, which produces a variety of beers, lagers and ciders, from Chapel Down Group, a wine producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We see terrific potential in the Curious Drinks business, and we’re very excited about its future, despite the challenges of the past year.
