ION Investment Group to acquire DASH Financial Technologies from Flexpoint Ford.

ION Investment Group, an application software provider, agreed to acquire DASH Financial Technologies, a provider of institutional brokerage services, from Flexpoint Ford, a private equity investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Under ION's ownership, we will continue to invest in product innovation that drives value for our clients while also benefiting from ION's global reach and established network of relationships.
