Freeman Spogli-backed MicroStar Logistics, a manufacturer of beer kegs, also offers repair and maintenance service, and used keg sales and leasing options, completed the acquisition of Kegstar, a keg rental provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “MicroStar pioneered the pooled keg model and the way they’ve grown and evolved was part of the inspiration to found the original Kegstar in Australia in 2012.
