Zeus Packaging to acquire Austria, Central-Eastern Europe and Germany assets from ITALMOBILIARE-backed Sirap.

Zeus Packaging, a packaging company, agreed to acquire Austria, Central-Eastern Europe and Germany assets from ITALMOBILIARE-backed Sirap, a producer of fresh food packaging, offering rigid containers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This latest acquisition is the largest in our strategic expansion, and along with recent investments in our leadership operational infrastructure, is an integral part of Zeus’s long-term growth strategy," Keith Ockenden, Zeus CEO.
