TPG-backed Denali Water Solutions to acquire Organix Recycling.

TPG-backed Denali Water Solutions, the specialty waste and environmental services company, agreed to acquire Organix Recycling, the largest pre-consumer food waste collector and recycler in the United States. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our purpose is to make the world a better place by handling waste responsibly.
