Orkla to acquire NutraQ from Impilo for $364m.

Orkla, a branded consumer goods supplier, agreed to acquire NutraQ, a supplier of subscription-based health and beauty products in the Nordic region, from Impilo, an investment company focused solely on investments in Nordic companies, for $364m. "With the acquisition of NutraQ, Orkla is taking a new, important step into a growing health and wellness market.
