Trident Water completed the acquisition of a 39% stake in Manila Water from Ayala.

Trident Water, a provider of water transfer services, completed the acquisition of a 39% stake in Manila Water, a sole provider of water, from Ayala, a holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The purchase of preferred shares reflects a 39.09% voting stake and 8.19% economic stake in Manila Water Company," Ayala.
