Abraxas Informatik completed the acquisition of Byerley.

Abraxas Informatik, an IT company, completed the acquisition of Byerley, a provider of chatbots in the field of public administration in Switzerland. Financial terms were not disclosed. Abraxas is the largest provider of integrated IT solutions for the public sector in Switzerland. Abraxas employs around 800 people at its headquarters in St.Gallen and at other locations in Switzerland.
