Sinch completed the acquisition of Inteliquent from GTCR for $1.14bn.

Sinch, a Swedish cloud computing services provider, completed the acquisition of Inteliquent, a communications enabler offering network-based voice and messaging services to communication service providers, from GTCR, a private equity firm, for $1.14bn. “We’re excited about the tremendous opportunities this combination unlocks, expanding the services we can provide to our customers.
