Oil and gas explorers, Distinction Energy and Kiwetinohk Resources completed the acquisition of oil field Simonette assets for $335m. The purchase price of the acquisition was shared equally between Distinction and Kiwetinohk, with each acquiring a 50% interest in the assets.
