Vion completed the acquisition of Adriaens.

Vion, an international meat producer, completed the acquisition of Adriaens, a company operating cattle abattoir. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In the recent period we have been working in close cooperation with the management team of Adriaens preparing the acquisition. We can now start our phased approach to integrate the company in the Vion group with our Belgium organization and local talent and working together to build trust in the market," Ronald Lotgerink, Vion CEO.
