RoundTable Healthcare Partners to acquire DDS Lab from CITIC Capital-backed Blue Sea Capital.

RoundTable Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire DDS Lab, a National Board Certified full-service dental laboratory, from CITIC Capital-backed Blue Sea Capital, a private equity firm specializing in growth-oriented lower middle-market companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Through investments in the Company’s organization and digital capabilities, the team did a phenomenal job driving robust organic growth and solidifying its position in the market. We have thoroughly enjoyed working alongside the DDS Lab team and wish them all the best going forward,” Hans Allegaert, CITIC Capital Managing Director.
