RoundTable Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire DDS Lab, a National Board Certified full-service dental laboratory, from CITIC Capital-backed Blue Sea Capital, a private equity firm specializing in growth-oriented lower middle-market companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Through investments in the Company’s organization and digital capabilities, the team did a phenomenal job driving robust organic growth and solidifying its position in the market.
