Jubilant FoodWorks to acquire a 32.81% stake in DP Eurasia for £25m.

Food services major Jubilant FoodWorks agreed to acquire a 32.81% stake in DP Eurasia, which offers pizza delivery and takeaway besides eat-in facilities, for £25m. "We are happy to announce our acquisition of Fides for 32.81% equity stake in DP Eurasia, one of the large master franchisee of the Domino's Pizza brand," Shyam S Bhartia, Jubilant FoodWorks Chairman.
