Kuehne+Nagel completed the acquisition of Apex International from MBK Partners for $1.5bn.

Kuehne+Nagel, a global transport and logistics company, completed the acquisition of Apex International, an Asian logistics provider, from MBK Partners for $1.5bn. "The combination of Apex and Kuehne+Nagel provides us with an opportunity to offer our customers a compelling proposition in the competitive Asian logistics industry, especially in e-commerce fulfilment, hi-tech and e-mobility.
