China Three Gorges to acquire renewable assets portfolio from Corporacion Masaveu.

China Three Gorges, a Chinese state-owned power company, agreed to acquire renewable assets portfolio from Corporacion Masaveu, a family-owned business group. Portfolio consists of 400 megawatts of operational plants including 11 wind farms and one solar plant. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal is expected to be concluded by the end of Q2 2021.
