Riverside-backed Arrowhead Engineered Products completed the acquisition of F1 Distribution and EuroGarden.

Riverside-backed Arrowhead Engineered Products, a distributor of rotating electrical parts and components, completed the acquisition of F1 Distribution, a distributor and supplier of outdoor power equipment parts, and EuroGarden, a firm that imports and distributes outdoor power equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition adds to Arrowhead’s global footprint as the largest aftermarket hard parts supplier in the outdoor power equipment (OPE) marketplace. The combination of Arrowhead’s world class supply chain, a strong European OPE sales force and the retail presence of F1/EuroGarden will strengthen Arrowhead’s market share in the European OPE sector.
