IK Investment Partners and ICG completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Formuesforvaltning for $382m.

IK Investment Partners, an European private equity firm, and Intermediate Capital Group, an asset management and private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Formuesforvaltning, a privately-owned wealth management firm, for $382m. “We are delighted to be partnering with both IK and ICG as we embark on the next stage of our strategic development.
