KKR completed the acquisition of 60% interest in InfraCo from Telefonica for $600m.

KKR, an investment company, completed the acquisition of 60% interest in InfraCo, an infrastructure investment and development company, from Telefonica, a telecommunication company, for $600m. Both companies will also sign a series of contracts for the provision of various services, including a contract for the provision of wholesale connectivity services over InfraCo's fiber optic network to the operator's Chilean subsidiary.
