ArcLight Capital Partners to acquire a 25% stake in Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America from Kinder Morgan and Brookfield for $830m.

ArcLight Capital Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a 25% stake in Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America, a natural gas pipeline which brings gas from the Texas Permian Basin and Gulf of Mexico into the Chicago area, from Kinder Morgan, one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America, and Brookfield, a global infrastructure company, for $830m. "Kinder Morgan and Brookfield Infrastructure are pleased to welcome ArcLight into the NGPL joint venture.
