Canva to acquire Smartmockups and Kaleido.

Canva, a graphic design platform, agreed to acquire Smartmockups, an online mockup generator, and Kaleido, an AI image processing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Together, both Smartmockups and Kaleido will contribute to Canva’s growing ecosystem of apps and integrations, introducing a range of new and innovative visual design tools while bolstering those you already know and love," Canva.
