SparkCognition completed the acquisition of AIM2 from Brevan Howard and Nomura.

SparkCognition, a security analytics software maker, completed its acquisition of AIM2, a financial technology firm, from Brevan Howard, a firm that provides investment management services, and global investment bank Nomura. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Building on the accomplishments of Brevan Howard and Nomura and continuing to work with them allows us to accelerate the momentum of our AI capabilities in financial services and position SparkCognition at the heart of this industry," Amir Husain, SparkCognition CEO.
