FREQUENTIS completed the acquisition of ATM product segment from L3Harris Technologies for $20m.

FREQUENTIS, an Austrian high-tech company that develops communication and information systems, completed the acquisition of ATM product segment from L3Harris Technologies, an American technology company, for $20m. In addition to the acquisition, L3Harris and Frequentis have entered into cooperation agreements under which Frequentis will provide voice communication products for use in L3Harris’ large-scale solutions and services business.
