Riverside-backed Buildout to acquire Rethink.

Riverside-backed Buildout, a designer and developer of end-to-end solutions for commercial real estate listing, agreed to acquire Rethink, provider of commercial real estate dealmaking technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Rethink team has built some of the most polished, user-focused, and impressive software that our industry has ever seen. Combining the strength of their CRM into our powerful marketing platform brings Buildout one step closer to providing the end-to-end solution brokers need to close more deals," Jason Tillery, Buildout CTO and Co-Founder.
