Equistone-backed Amadys, a supplier of components for utility networks, completed the acquisition of tso, a distributor of splicing and measurement equipment for fibre optic networks. Financial terms were not disclosed. tso’s founder, Arthur Graevendiek, will re-invest in the Amadys Group and remain as CEO to support the expansion drive on the German market.
