AutoPacific Group completed the acquisition of Kaymar 4WD Accessories.

AutoPacific Group, a manufacturer of brake systems, completed the acquisition of Kaymar 4WD Accessories, a manufacturer and supplier of 4wd accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Kaymar brand is well respected in the market, and is a good fit for AutoPacific, complementing our stable of aftermarket brands offered to our existing customers.
