CEME completed the acquisition of The ODE Group from Waverton International.

CEME, a firm that develops and manufactures fluid control products, completed the acquisition of The ODE Group, a company engaged in the design and production of solenoid valves for the market of manufacturers of machines and systems, from Waverton International, an investment management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
