Parkland to acquire Conrad & Bischoff.

Parkland, an independent supplier and marketer of fuel and petroleum products, agreed to acquire Conrad & Bischoff, an American supplier of petroleum products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition checks all the boxes of our US growth strategy and complements our existing ROCs. C&B strengthens our supply advantage, brings a high-quality retail network and offers a long runway for organic growth,” Doug Haugh, Parkland USA President.
