Bowmark-backed Node4 to acquire Starcom Technologies from K3 Business Technology Group for £14.7m.

Bowmark-backed Node4, the UK-based infrastructure and services company, agreed to acquire Starcom Technologies, the managed services unit of K3 Business Technology Group, which provides mission‐critical business software, cloud solutions and managed services, for £14.7m. "Node4 is an excellent new home for Starcom with its focus exclusively on managed services, and the deal enables us to accelerate our strategy of growing own IP product revenue.
