Acclime completed the acquisition of CoSec Corporate Services.

Acclime, a corporate services provider in Asia, completed the acquisition of CoSec Corporate Services, a firm specialising in assisting foreign clients enter and operate in Australia. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is the logical next step for CoSec and presents a strategic opportunity to be part of a larger international team with established resources and networks across Acclime's established Asian portfolio.
