Digital Colony, a global investment firm, completed the acquisition of Boingo Wireless, an American company that provides mobile Internet access for wireless-enabled devices, for $854m. “Digital Colony brings significant operational expertise through its ownership of various digital infrastructure businesses, and together, we are committed to addressing the critical need for wireless connectivity.
