NextEnergy Solar Fund to acquire UK Camden solar PV portfolio for £64.3m.

NextEnergy Solar Fund, the FTSE 250 solar power renewable energy investment company, agreed to acquire the UK Camden solar PV portfolio for £64.3m. "The Camden portfolio is an excellent fit for NESF and the PPA agreement with AB InBev provides long-term, reliable cashflows to the fund.
