Advent-backed Fort Dearborn Company completed the acquisition of Hammer Packaging.

Advent-backed Fort Dearborn Company, a supplier of high impact decorative labels, completed the acquisition of Hammer Packaging, a supplier of cut & stack, in-mold, pressure sensitive, roll-fed and shrink sleeve labels and flexible packaging. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We look forward to working with our Hammer Packaging associates and continuing the legacy they’ve built.
