Tower Arch Capital completed the acquisition of LifePort from Balmoral Funds.

Tower Arch Capital, a lower-middle market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of LifePort, an aerospace company engaged in the design, development, manufacture and integration for various mission platforms, from Balmoral Funds. Financial terms were not disclosed.
