FRP Advisory Group to acquire Spectrum Corporate Finance for up to £12m.

FRP Advisory Group, a UK professional services firm specialising in advisory services, agreed to acquire Spectrum Corporate Finance, a corporate finance and debt advisory boutique to UK mid-market clients and their funders, for up to £12m.
