Municipality of Amsterdam agreed to acquire Westpoort Warmte, a district heating network operator in Amsterdam, from AEB for €73m. Westpoort Warmte was a joint venture between AEB and Vattenfall. Vattenfall has retained its 50% shareholding in Westpoort Warmte.
