Warburg Pincus completed the acquisition of Infinite Electronics, a global supplier of electronic components, from Genstar Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This investment will further strengthen and expand our industry-leading product portfolio, while enhancing our mission to provide our global engineering customer base with deep technical expertise and support.
