Business Growth Fund-backed Mzuri Group, a blinds manufacturer, completed the acquisition of TCMM Shutter Group, a manufacturer of windows blinds. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have had a close relationship with Mzuri for the past few years and are looking forward to working with the team to further expand our portfolio.
