Clazing to acquire Van Miert and Mieki Hunsel from De Heus.

Clazing, a food processing company, agreed to acquire two poultry slaughterhouses Van Miert and Mieki Hunsel from De Heus, a fully-fledged nutritional supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. Poultry slaughterhouses Clazing and Van Miert will continue to pursue their own independent course under the joint leadership of the brothers Clazing and Jerry van Miert, in which they will look for opportunities for the two organizations to strengthen each other. Van Miert's locations in Breukelen and Hunsel will remain in operation.
