Hexpol completed the acquisition of Vicom 2002.

Hexpol, a manufacturer of a variety of chemical-based products, completed its acquisition of Vicom 2002, a specialized compounding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is another step in expanding and strengthening the HEXPOL group through acquisition within our core Polymer Compounding business. VICOM will, through its competence and capacity, fit very well into the HEXPOL group and strengthen our position on a growing market," Georg Brunstam, Hexpol President and CEO.
