Lohmann & Rauscher to acquire Angiokard Medizintechnik.

Lohmann & Rauscher, a manufacturer and supplier of medical and hygiene products, agreed to acquire Angiokard Medizintechnik, which offers custom-made medical instruments and sets for medical diagnosis and therapy. Financial terms were not disclosed.
